How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We recommend all clients schedule an appointment through our online system at least 2-3 days in advance. The earlier the better!

Will you remind me of my appointment?

Yes, reminder texts/emails are sent out 1 day prior to your appointment and 4 hours prior to the day of.

Is my appointment paid for after I book online?

Nope! We only take payment at the salon, after your appointment is done. The card information you enter online is only for reservation purposes.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?

We know unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have to cancel please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way we can open the slot for another customer on a waiting list. Appointments that are missed without notification will be charged a cancellation fee based on the service booked.

What if I am running late?

That’s okay! Trains get delayed! We live in New York City! Traffic! Just try to either email or call us so we have a heads up

Can I get a cut and color done on the same day?

Of course! Just remember to include both services when you book your appointment online
